Abstract
We present the first statistically signicant observation of the X(3872) from
exclusive B decays produced through proton-proton collisions at 1.96 TeV collected
using the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. We observed 89 +/- 14
X(3872) events through 6.0 inverse femtobarns of integrated luminosity. This measurement corresponded to a signicance of 9.2 standard deviations. Our measured mass of the X(3872) was 3871.71 +/- 0.52(stat) +/- 0.52 (syst) MeV/c^2.
