The renderings of 1971 Sally is in burnt orange color, whereas her younger self is in floral green colors. I wanted the colors to mimic aging or changing over time, in the same way, that the seasons change from Spring to Fall. Younger Sally in green represented that she young and naïve versus 1971 Sally who was older, not relevant as she wanted to be and cast away like an autumn leaf in burnt orange.
