King Falstaff’s henchmen, Pistol and Nym are held prisoner in the dungeon of castle Glendower. To convey an underground torch-lit dungeon at night, the lighting for this scene was composed of warm ambers and contrasting cool blues interspersing with each other. This also supported the fragmented design aesthetic that was the direction of our production.
